Job summary

Une entreprise de logistique à Singapour recherche un coordinateur d'opérations pour collaborer avec le service client et superviser les documents d'expédition. Le candidat idéal est autonome, minutieux et capable de travailler sous pression tout en ayant un sens de l'urgence. Ce poste offre la possibilité de travailler en quarts avec une prime de quart et des heures supplémentaires possibles.

Qualifications

• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience de travail de préférence mais ouvert aux candidats sans expérience.
• Doit être à l'aise avec l'utilisation ou l'apprentissage de logiciels.

Responsibilities

• Coordonner avec le service client et l'entrepôt sur les opérations.
• Traiter les documents d'expédition et exécuter les AWBs.
• Vérifier la conformité des marchandises contrôlées par DG et température.

Job description

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.
• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs.
• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system.
• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo.
• Send pre-alerts to overseas destination.
• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software.
• A Team Player and able to work independently.
• Meticulous and self-motivated.
• Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
• Candidate with 1 to 2 years of working experience is preferred. No experience are welcome to apply.
• Prior work experience in this industry is not required but will be advantageous if have.
• Willing to work shift and shift allowance will be provided.
• Overtime is required when necessary.
