Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is seeking a dedicated air freight export coordinator to manage daily shipments from Singapore. You will plan bookings, coordinate with airlines and warehouses, and monitor schedules to ensure on-time uplift.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in air freight operations, strong planning and multitasking abilities, and can handle multiple shipments in a busy environment while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight export, freight planning or freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of air export operations.
• Experience with airline bookings and cargo space planning is an advantage.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple shipments and work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily air freight export planning and shipment coordination.
• Plan cargo bookings and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with airlines to secure cargo space.
• Monitor cargo movement and ensure timely uplift.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, warehouse and operations teams.
• Follow up on offloads, delays and flight schedule changes.
• Prepare and maintain export shipment documentation.
• Ensure shipments are planned and completed accurately and on time.
