Air Freight, Customer Service Officer (Up to $2600, AirFreight Documentations)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all export airfreight shipments, ensuring timely bookings, cargo readiness, and accurate documentation.

• Liaise with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to align on shipment schedules and specific requirements.

• Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including AWB drafts, permits, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth delivery, addressing any delays or issues promptly.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies throughout the export process.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver service excellence and provide timely updates to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in airfreight documentation within the 3PL industry.

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in both team-oriented and fast-paced environments.

• Reliable, approachable, and consistently demonstrates a positive and professional demeanor.

• Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in logistics operations.

• Open to Singaporean citizens only.
