Responsibilities:
Responded to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
Coordinated with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient processing of airfreight shipments.
Assisted customers in booking shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments in transit.
Resolved customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensured compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements throughout the shipment process.
Maintained up-to-date records of shipment milestones and key events.
Accurately documented customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details for reference and follow-up.
Worked closely with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality for customers.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Singaporean only.
