Job Description

• Coordinate with designation and customer for shipping instructions

• Book flights with the procurement team

• Arrange for shipment collection with customers and Air Traffic team

• Have basic knowledge of cargo commodities as per IATA rules and regulations

• Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly

• Maintain good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

• Handle all customer inquiries timely and effectively

• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer requirements

• Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Ensure all data are updated correctly in the system

• Work with the billing team to close off jobs and issue invoices

• Take the lead in issue resolution

• Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team

• Perform all other ad hoc work tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Airfreight and familiarity with export processes

• Competent in Incoterms 2010

• Self-disciplined and responsible, proactive, and a good team player

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
