Air Export Operations Coordinator/Officer

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.

• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs.

• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system.

• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo.

• Send pre-alerts to overseas destination.

• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software.

• Must be a Team Player and able to work independently.

• Must be careful, meticulous and self-motivated.

• Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work.

• Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of working experience. No experience is welcome to apply.

• Prior work experience in this industry is not required but will be advantageous if have.

• Willing to work permanent night shift (1800 - 0330), shift allowance will be provided.
