Air Export Manager (Freight Forwarder)

Location: Alps Ave (Transport Provided)

Working Days: 5.5 (Alt Sat) (9am - 5.30pm) Sat (9am -1pm)

Salary: Up to $6000 (AWS and VB given)

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the air export team, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

• Training & Development: Equip the team with the necessary knowledge and resources to manage both new and existing customers, ensuring continuous professional growth.

• Process Implementation: Implement and manage new requirements from airlines or terminal operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Escalation Resolution: Address and resolve escalations from customers, internal teams, or ground handling services promptly and professionally.

• Manpower Planning: Plan and manage staffing requirements to ensure optimal team performance and meet business needs.

• Process Improvement: Continually assess and drive improvements to team processes, fostering efficiency and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, with a strong focus on air export operations.

• Deadline-Driven: Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and motivating teams, ensuring collaborative success.

• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
