Job Info:

• Working Days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days/week)
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
• Location: East
• Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + VB

Job Description:

• Coordinate ad hoc and consolidated bookings with customers and arrange space bookings with airlines.
• Obtain rate quotations from airlines and provide them to the sales team for customer quotes.
• Monitor consolidations for various destinations, ensuring space availability and rate accuracy.
• Share confirmed flight schedules with customers.
• Arrange special cargo services for customers, such as fumigation, dangerous goods (DG) declarations, packing, and wooden crate preparation.
• Verify shipment uplift after lodgment at the terminal.
• Send permits and Air Waybills (AWB) to customers after flight departure.
• Initiate amendments with airlines and destination agents as needed.
• Generate monitoring reports for select customers to track rates and load factors.
• Provide shipping solutions based on customer needs (training and support from supervisors will be provided).
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams on quotation and billing matters.
• Arrange ad hoc co-load bookings from other freight forwarders.
