A leading company in the logistics sector seeks a customer service representative to manage air export bookings and customer inquiries. This entry-level position offers training and requires an outgoing personality and strong communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 6 pm. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn and demonstrate independence.
Job Scope
- Attend to customers’ inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers’ report
Requirement
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to converse in English for handling English speaking clients through email and phone
- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
- Outgoing personality
- Willing to learn with good attitude
- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage
- Training will be provided
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
