Job summary

MGT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to execute projects, liaise with clients and authorities, and manage labor on site.

The role requires coordinating safety, planning schedules, and supervising subcontractors to ensure work progresses as planned. The candidate should have 6–10 years in construction/engineering, a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and strong communication skills. Driving license and ACMV modelling knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' working experience
• Minimum Degree Holder in mechanical and electrical engineering
• Able to multitask and hardworking.
• Experience in the construction & Engineering industry required.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects and liaise with client, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Plan and keep works programme updated to meet contract deadlines.
• Prepare method of statement.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Coordinate all labor needs for a given project and supervise subcontractors on site.
• Involve in daily operations and ensure activities are carried out as planned.
