Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Air-Con Technician/Service Engineer (ACMV/CRAC) at our Kaki Bukit location in Singapore to perform servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of CRAC/WDS systems in data centers.

You will diagnose faults, implement fixes, prepare service reports, and provide on-site training while coordinating with site engineers, with standby duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with ACMV/ DX systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems.
Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Execute power-up/down procedures and respond to emergency service calls.
Provide on-site training and support to clients on operation & maintenance manuals.
Build strong client relationships and coordinate with site engineers and customer teams.
Prepare detailed service reports and regular progress updates.
Monitor contractor activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
