Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer (JT-1037) to service CRAC/WDS systems at client sites in Singapore.

You will perform servicing, maintenance and fault diagnosis, respond to emergency calls, and coordinate with contractors to keep data centers running smoothly. The role involves on-site work from Monday to Saturday with standard hours; the basic salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for CRAC/WDS systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls and carry out equipment power-up/down procedures.
• Provide onsite technical support, customer training, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate contractors, manage daily site activities, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with data center safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
