Position : Air Cargo Sales Manager
Our client, an established Air Carrier / GSA is looking to fill the following vacancy:
Create and execute the sales plan, achieve highest revenue result for the airline and attain revenue targets.
Establish local competitive market pricing policy and monitor results for follow up actions.
Lead team to augment cargo built up through outdoor sales activities, networking, marketing communication and phone solicitation.
Promotion of services via sales actions or promotional events.
Work with the operations team to maximise load factors.
To nurture and service a customer base within the assigned area of responsibility and develop long term partnerships.
Support and coordinate inside sales activities to offer top quality service and reliability to customers.
Provide market intelligence to management on market trends and opportunities so as to proactively target specific cargo with the most appropriate rates and respond to market conditions.
Requirements
Air Cargo Sales experience
Experience in air cargo chartering experience would be an added advantage
Self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ mindset.
Good communicator and interpersonal skills.
Pro-active, strong business acumen and result-oriented.
Strong team player.
