Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical discipline with strong fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OS, and networks.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language.
• Hands-on AI Coding experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Trae.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building the intelligent operations system for ByteDance's global Video & Edge business.
• Develop and test modules for AI Agents and AIOps platforms and integrate tool calls.
• Advance AI coding, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration for reliability.
• Improve system reliability via code reviews, testing, and observability.
