AIML - Data Operations Annotation Analyst, Korean (12 months contract)

Join Apple as an AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst, based at the Ang Mo Kio campus. In this role, you'll annotate audio and visual data, evaluate responses based on guidelines, and help enhance the user experience of Apple services like Siri.

Responsibilities
  • Annotate data (audio and visual) and evaluate responses from customers who have opted into the grading program.
  • Use your language and cultural knowledge to assess data quality.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer experience through data evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, comprehension).
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, comprehension).
  • Active listening skills and understanding of verbal nuances.
