About the Team: As a member of the AIGC Search Safety team, you will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of and drive the safety features and strategies for our AIGC search functionality. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our search experience within the AIGC framework is secure for our global user base.
What will I be doing?
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and identifying potential risks specific to AIGC search, leading the design of safety features tailored to this domain, working hand-in-hand with engineering teams to develop and implement these features, conducting thorough testing, and overseeing the seamless roll-out of solutions.
You will define a safety product roadmap, set metrics to measure effectiveness, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.
You will analyze and identify risks and leverage in-app product solutions or back-end processes to effectively address risk and work with the engineering team to implement product solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
You should have product management experience in consumer-facing mobile or web internet industries.
You have the ability to identify, analyze, and design product solutions; a proven track record of pushing ambitious product changes.
You have good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal; ability to work across time zones and locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
You have extensive relevant experience in Trust and Safety, integrity, minor safety, fraud detection, or other relevant experience.
You have experience building social networking or video content applications, or other consumer internet applications.
Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
