Your new role
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of R&D to lead our AI and Computer Vision initiatives. • Strategic Leadership:

What you need

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in AI research and development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Strong publication record in reputable conferences and journals.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments, particularly in large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Ability to work fluently in English (spoken and written).
