Job summary

BID Operations is seeking an AI Content Creator to produce engaging video and social media content using AI-powered tools across APAC markets. You will craft scripts, storyboards, prompts, and edits, repurposing assets for multiple formats while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to optimize engagement, adapt content for platforms, and build scalable AI workflows. English and Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in video production, motion design, content creation, or social media creative.
• Strong portfolio showing AI-assisted video and/or design work.
• Hands-on experience with multiple AI video, image, and audio tools.
• Proficiency in a video editor (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) and a design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva).
• Strong visual storytelling and understanding of social platform performance.
• Clear written and spoken English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form and long-form videos using AI tools (e.g. Google Flow, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.).
• Create product explainers, educational content, promo videos, ad creatives, and social clips.
• Handle scripting, storyboarding, prompting, generation, editing, voiceover, subtitling, and final delivery.
• Repurpose existing assets into multiple formats across regional markets.
• Refresh and elevate existing social content including motion graphics and thumbnails.
• Adapt creative across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WeChat/Xiaohongshu).
• Support channel owners in channel management and content planning, including calendars and coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align output with channel objectives and data-driven optimization.
• Build and document prompt libraries, templates, and SOPs for scalable AI content production.
• Test and evaluate new AI tools, recommending adoption with cost/quality considerations.
• Train colleagues on AI tools and best practices.
• Keep output consistent with brand guidelines and legal/compliance requirements.
• Maintain responsible-AI practices and monitor copyrights and disclosures.
• Track content performance and iterate formats based on data.
