Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Video Automation Specialist to automate the creation of high-quality training videos using tools like MidJourney, AI voiceover platforms, and AI video editing platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AI content generation, automation scripting, video production, and workflow optimization.

This role involves integrating AI-powered tools such as MidJourney, Runway ML, ElevenLabs, and Kapwing AI into a fully automated pipeline to generate training materials with minimal manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Image Generation & Automation: Generate visuals using MidJourney (via Discord API, Stable Diffusion, or Leonardo.ai). Automate image creation with Python, AutoHotKey (AHK), or Zapier. Manage images in Google Drive, AWS S3, or SharePoint.
2. AI Voiceover & Text-to-Speech Automation: Use ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, or PlayHT to generate voiceovers. Automate the text-to-speech pipeline via API integrations.
3. AI-Powered Video Editing & Assembly: Use Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, or OpenAI Sora to create automated videos. Automate assembly of images, voiceovers, and transitions, ensuring smooth motion effects.
4. Subtitles & Branding Automation: Integrate Kapwing AI, Descript, or FFmpeg for captioning. Add branding elements like logos and final touches using AI-based editors.
5. End-to-End Workflow Automation: Develop scripts to fetch images, generate voiceovers, merge content, and upload to platforms like YouTube, LMS, SharePoint, or cloud storage. Use Zapier, Make.com, or custom Python scripts for automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• AI Content Generation: Experience with MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo.ai, or DALL·E 3. Strong prompt engineering skills.
• Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, AHK, and workflow tools like Zapier or Make.com.
• AI Voiceover & Audio Processing: Experience with ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, PlayHT, and synchronizing voiceovers with videos.
• AI Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Familiarity with Runway ML, Pika Labs, OpenAI Sora, and traditional editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Workflow & Cloud Integration: Experience with Google Drive, AWS S3, SharePoint, and API automation for AI video workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training video creation, e-learning, or corporate communications.
• Background in AI automation, digital marketing, or creative media production.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and AI-driven content strategies.
• Familiarity with AI animation tools like Kaiber, Synthesia, and DeepBrain AI.
