SURBANA JURONG PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an AI Value Realisation & Data Analyst to own the evidence behind the company's AI transformation. The role builds and runs the mechanism that shows whether AI initiatives deliver the value committed in business cases, and turns adoption, usage and outcomes into insight for leadership action.

The AI Value Realisation & Data Analyst owns the evidence behind SJ's AI transformation. The role builds and runs the mechanism that shows whether AI initiatives, deliver the value committed in their business cases. It also turns adoption, usage and outcome data into insight that leadership can act on.

Reporting to the Head of AI Transformation, the role works closely with the AI Hub team and the business working teams (initiative delivery and tracking), the Strategy team (business cases, targets and scorecard alignment) and the Data team in GTO (data sources, pipelines and governance).

• Value realisation framework: maintain SJ's AI value realisation tracker working alongside the Strategy team and Finance. This covers baselines, KPIs, benefit by categories (capacity, such as time saved and productivity; capability, such as new services, quality and faster delivery) and agreed methods for converting outcomes into economic value.
• Business case support: Help initiative owners set and track metrics for the quantified business cases at intake, with clear baselines, assumptions, milestones and target benefits that can be tested after go-live.
• Initiative and benefits tracking: Own the benefits data in the AI Hub Hero Mission and Initiatives Tracker. Track each initiative from go-live through to benefit realisation against its committed milestones and outcomes, and flag slippage early.
• Adoption and literacy analytics: Measure AI tool adoption, usage and AI Literacy progress across business units, geographies and roles, and link these measures to productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Leadership reporting: Produce live dashboards that inform AI governance forums and senior management. This includes inputs to the corporate scorecard and to ESG-linked AI goals.
• Data foundations with GTO: Work with the GTO Data team to identify, access and integrate the source data needed (e.g. project delivery, learning, HR, AI tool telemetry and Nexus data). Define data requirements and make sure data quality, lineage and access comply with SJ's data governance and privacy policies.
• Portfolio insight: Provides insights for Leadership to analyse portfolio performance and assess where to scale, redesign or stop initiatives, to inform investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Automation: Automate data collection and reporting wherever practical, including with AI tools, to reduce manual effort for initiative teams.

AI champion for project managers

Act as the go-to AI champion for the business project managers managing the AI initiatives. Coach them on using AI tools to plan, track and report their initiatives, and on capturing the data needed to evidence benefits.
