Job summary

Avanade Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Trust Architect to ensure AI systems are safe, reliable, and ready for production while guiding client teams to adopt new ways of working with confidence.

You will design adoption and governance, guide evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with FDEs to embed guardrails and human-in-the-loop safeguards across APAC engagements and beyond. This role blends technical rigor with stakeholder enablement and responsible AI stewardship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
• Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems.
• Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to their market.
• Practical change and enablement capability with technical audiences and frontline users alike.
• Able to build trust with sceptical stakeholders and to say no with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Building trust in the AI: design and run evaluations, define accuracy targets and evidence.
• Set governance, risk and security guardrails before build begins and keep them current.
• Embed guardrails and human-in-the-loop review, with a feedback loop after release.
• Own regulatory and privacy positions on the engagement for APRA, MAS, data residency.
• Collaborate with FDEs to ensure trust and monitoring are built in from the outset.
• Design adoption approaches to build client confidence and enable new ways of working.
