Job summary

ENFACTUM PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior AI transformation leader to work with business leaders to identify challenges and prioritize AI opportunities across sales, marketing, services, and other functions.

You will develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans aligned with data governance, and translate needs into AI use cases, workflows, and success metrics for generative AI and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery with AI experience.
• Able to translate business problems into actionable AI use cases and pilots.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and automation.
• Experience with vendor assessment and enterprise integration.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Background in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Information Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business leaders and operational teams to identify challenges, assess AI readiness and prioritise opportunities across sales, marketing, services and other business functions.
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans aligned with business objectives, data readiness and governance requirements.
• Translate business needs into use cases, workflows, functional requirements and success metrics for generative AI, AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
• Guide solution design, prototyping, testing and pilot delivery, collaborating with internal technology teams and external solution providers.
• Evaluate AI technologies, startups and vendors for business fit, technical capability, security, scalability and enterprise readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, security, privacy, compliance and procurement to support implementation and adoption.
• Design and deliver practical training and workshops covering AI literacy, prompt engineering, AI agents and productivity tools.
• Advise on emerging technologies, including edge AI and on-device AI, and communicate their business implications.
• Track pilot outcomes, document lessons learned and recommend improvements or opportunities to scale successful solutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience across technology consulting, digital transformation, product management or enterprise solution delivery, including practical experience delivering AI initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into actionable AI use cases and guide initiatives from discovery through pilot evaluation and adoption.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, workflow automation and enterprise integration considerations.
• Experience assessing technology vendors and working with multidisciplinary teams in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, information security and governance considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
