Zusammenfassung

ENGIE - International Supply & Energy Management seeks an AI Transformation & Automation Intern to accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation across ENGIE Global Markets APAC. You will collaborate with Trading, Sales, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office, Market Operations and support functions to identify automation opportunities, train users, and deliver practical digital solutions.

Qualifikationen

Pursuing Bachelor or Master in CS/AI/DS/Engineering/IS/Business Analytics or related field.
Strong interest in Generative AI, digital transformation, automation and process improvement.
Exposure to AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, data analysis or workflow automation is a plus.
Interest in energy, commodities, financial markets or trading environments appreciated.
Familiar with Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of Python, APIs, databases, data viz or workflow automation tools.
Ability to translate business needs into simple digital solutions.
Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and problem-solving capability.
Excellent communication, training and presentation skills.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Support acceleration of AI adoption and digital transformation across ENGIE Global Markets APAC.
Identify automation opportunities with business users from Trading, Sales, Risk, MO and support functions.
Train users and assist teams in implementing practical digital solutions.
Engage with business teams to understand workflows and pain points.
Deliver AI awareness, coaching and user enablement sessions.
Build simple prototypes or PoCs using approved tools and support handover to IT/Data/Dev teams.
Document use cases, reusable practices and value delivered.
