Job summary

Baker Tilly Singapore is seeking a motivated AI Implementation Intern to support the firm’s adoption and integration of AI solutions. You will work with business and operational teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, deploy AI tools, document workflows, and help drive user adoption across the organization.

The internship offers a practical platform to gain hands-on experience in organisational AI transformation while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and implementing AI tools and platforms.
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI applications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and document findings.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Monitor AI solution performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
