Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO / Strategy Ops / Program Management roles.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working directly with C-level materials: dashboards, AI success stories, OKRs.

About the Team

The President’s Office supports the Group President in driving enterprise-wide productivity and long-term value creation. The team leads cross-functional efforts focused on operational efficiency and AI transformation, working closely with Regional and Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.

Job Description
  • Lead execution of AI productivity initiatives in partnership with market/domain AI champions
  • Gain exposure to complex, cross-functional challenges, translating them into AI-driven solutions
  • Automate AI performance reporting pipelines, with dashboards and insights tailored for leadership teams (e.g. Country Heads, HODs)
  • Coordinate monthly sync-ups across markets, surface best practices and unblock cross-team execution
  • Co-drive AI capability enablement programs, including management workshops, champion training, and staff education in collaboration with L&D teams
  • Define AI adoption roadmaps, shape tooling strategy, and scale best practices
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO / Strategy Ops / Program Management roles.
  • Preferred background from Marketing, Project and Product Operation.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Understands how LLM agents work and can self-learn quickly.
  • Proven record in managing cross-functional projects, ideally across regions.
  • Comfortable working directly with C-level materials: dashboards, AI success stories, OKRs.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through skills. Self-starter, low ego, and results-oriented.
  • Preferred experience in AI product rollouts or automation projects.
  • Preferred experience that participated in hackathons, open source, or built internal tools.
