Job summary

RSM - Singapore is seeking a proactive AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy AI solutions that address real business problems. You will design, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and ML models using internal data within secure infrastructure.

You will integrate AI capabilities into internal systems and explore opportunities with commercial AI services as appropriate. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process owners and IT and governance, to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with

Qualifications

• Degree in a data/tech field.
• Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models (including LLMs).
• Driven, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong desire to learn and to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions that address real business problems.
• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and ML models using internal data and secure infrastructure.
• Integrate AI capabilities into internal systems and explore opportunities with AI services.
• Collaborate with process owners, IT and governance to ensure AI initiatives are secure and scalable.
• Research agentic AI tools, both open-source and commercial, for practical use.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI capability building.
