Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect/Engineer to join the Innovative BytePlus Team in Singapore. You will bridge AI research with production-grade agent solutions, designing scalable, compliant systems and prototyping workflows tailored to client needs.

You’ll work with product and algorithm researchers to translate field signals into roadmap enhancements, optimize latency and cost, and ensure safe, hallucination-free outputs for fintech, education, and enterprise use cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Hands-on with AI agent frameworks and production-ready projects.

Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI research and real-world industrial applications, delivering scalable agent solutions.
AI-native agent solution design & prototyping based on client requirements with LoRA fine-tuned models.
Production-ready implementation to integrate AI model APIs with agent frameworks (ADK, LangChain, etc).
Optimize latency, throughput, and cost; implement caching andScale AI features for large user bases.
Develop evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop) for safe, accurate outputs across industries like Finance.
Collaborate with product and research teams to feed field signals back into the roadmap.
