Role Overview

We are seeking ahands-on AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Leadto drive the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions across enterprise environments.

This role combinespractical, build-and-deliver executionwithsolution architecture and technical leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role indelivering AI use cases, guiding a growing AI engineering team, and supporting client engagements, while contributing to the evolution of our AI and software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus)

• Leadend-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment

• Work hands-on with platforms and related AI technologies

• Translate business use cases intopractical, implementable AI solutions

• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness

2. Solution Architecture

• DesignAI solutions integrated with enterprise systems(e.g. OSS/BSS, system integrations)

• Evaluate architectural trade-offs and proposescalable, maintainable designs

• Contribute to thesolution strategy and technical directionfor AI initiatives

3. Technical Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and guide theAI team, particularly junior engineers

• Establish and reinforcebest practices(e.g. CI/CD, code quality, delivery discipline)

• Provide hands‑on mentorship while maintainingactive involvement in delivery work

4. Presales & Client Engagement

• Supportpresales activities, including:

  • Technical proposals

  • Solution design discussions

  • Demos and POCs

• Work closely with stakeholders toshape solutions aligned to client needs

5. Collaboration with Software Team (Future Scope)

• Collaborate with thesoftware development teamon integrated initiatives

• Contribute towards thelong‑term convergence of AI and Software capabilities

• Potential tooversee broader AI + Software team responsibilitiesas the role evolves

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in:

  • Hands‑on AI/ML solution development and deployment

  • System architecture and enterprise solution design

• Strong programming and engineering capabilities (e.g. Python, APIs, system integration)

• Experience working withAI platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise systems

• Demonstrated ability tobalance hands‑on delivery with technical leadership responsibilities
