What You Will Do

Product Development

• Design, develop and maintain production grade software applications.
• Build user facing and backend capabilities that solve operational problems.
• Translate business requirements into working software solutions.
• Participate actively in architecture and technical design discussions.

AI Product Engineering

• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using modern language models and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine how they can create value within operational use cases.
• Design applications that combine traditional software engineering and AI capabilities in a secure and maintainable manner.

Platform Engineering

• Develop cloud native solutions deployed on Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD and GitOps practices to automate build, deployment and operational workflows.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability.

Quality and Security

• Write maintainable and well tested code.
• Design solutions with security, governance, and operational readiness in mind.
• Support production operations and troubleshoot issues when required.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in discovery activities to better understand user needs and operational challenges.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture built on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience developing applications using modern programming languages.
• Understanding software engineering fundamentals, including version control, testing, and system design.
• Familiarity with cloud native development practices.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs, agent orchestration or retrieval systems.
• Experience with Python and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience with FastAPI, React or similar technologies.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerised applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git based workflows.
• Experience building and operating production systems.
