As an AI Software Engineer , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Design, build, and deploy custom AI models (e.g., GPT-based tools) for automation (meeting minutes, customer support, knowledge management) and user-facing GenAI applications.

• Develop front-end interfaces and optimize backend systems to seamlessly integrate AI tools with enterprise platforms, APIs, and databases.

• Collect, preprocess, and secure training data while ensuring privacy, compliance, and retention policies for sensitive information.

• Continuously fine-tune models based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs to maintain relevance and accuracy.

• Work with HR, IT, Operations, and external vendors to identify AI opportunities, prioritize requirements, and implement scalable solutions.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment cycles, keeping pace with rapid release schedules.

• Enhance usability of AI applications by refining interfaces, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows for end-users.

• Translate technical AI capabilities into business value, aligning with stakeholders on priorities and negotiating requirements.

• Train employees on AI tools, create user guides, and establish best practices for adoption and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated on AI advancements (e.g., generative AI, LLMs) and propose innovative applications to drive organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related field.

• Minimum 3 years in AI/ML development (NLP, generative models, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenAI API), full-stack development (HTML/CSS/JS/React, Python/Node.js).

• Preferred proficiency in Model development, fine-tuning, and deployment (NLP, LLMs, enterprise integration)/ Frontend (React, Remix), backend (Python, Node.js), RESTful APIs, databases (SQL, schema design)/ Git, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud deployment, secure data handling.
