We're looking for an AI Security Specialist (VP/SVP) - to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in securing our next-generation AI initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-class cybersecurity systems with a specific focus on AI security. You'll leverage your deep expertise to identify vulnerabilities, recommend innovative solutions, and ensure our security posture remains strong in the face of emerging challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate, prototype, design, build, and implement state-of-the-art enterprise cybersecurity systems, with a strong emphasis on securing AI/ML applications.
• Identify and recommend strategic improvements to our existing security architecture, proactively addressing the latest cybersecurity threats.
• Balance business imperatives with cybersecurity and IT requirements, ensuring solutions align with our organizational risk appetite.
• Develop integrated security operating models and comprehensive documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability of our security measures.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Practical experience with cloud AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio) and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude).
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages, coupled with a solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience with various security assessment tools and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment and threat modeling techniques, static and dynamic code security analysis and testing, software composition analysis, and API security.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Professional certifications in information security such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
