Job summary

Singtel is seeking an AI Security & Governance Architect to embed security, privacy, and governance into AI platforms across Singtel. You will work with Singtel’s Security and Data Governance teams to ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise security standards, regulatory obligations (e.g.

PDPA), and emerging AI risk governance frameworks. This role enables secure-by-design AI deployments while supporting innovation and compliance within the AIDA business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, data governance, or secure systems architecture, with 3+ years in AI/cloud ML.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity governance and data protection on data or AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and related risks (model misuse, data leakage, bias, explainability).
• Proficiency with secure and compliant AI/ML on AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with AIOps/LLMOps, secure CI/CD, RBAC, secrets management and logging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Security and Data Governance teams to align AI designs with policy.
• Define and implement secure-by-design principles for AI/ML platforms.
• Implement Responsible AI (RAI) and Explainable AI (XAI) practices across solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory AI governance standards and PDPA requirements.
• Integrate privacy-preserving mechanisms (encryption, tokenization, anonymization) into AI workflows.
• Evaluate and recommend security tools for AI governance and risk management.
• Conduct AI-specific risk assessments including bias, data leakage, and prompt vulnerabilities.
• Lead threat modeling and security assessments for AI/LLM-based systems.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners to review solutions and ensure security compliance.
• Promote AI security governance awareness across the organization.
