V4 IMPACT PTE. LTD. seeks a highly skilled AIScientist to research, design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will master machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, generative AI, and LLMs, translating research concepts into scalable, production-ready AI applications while collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to drive AI innovation and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ML, DL, statistical modeling and generative AI.
• Experience translating research concepts into production-ready AI applications.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of scalable and optimised AI/ML models.
• Build algorithms for extraction, transformation and loading of large volumes of real-time, unstructured data.
• Run experiments to test model performance and resolve issues in the pipeline.
• Collaborate with teams to apply statistics, scripting and programming languages as required.
• Work with deployment platforms and models in production systems.
• Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes to evaluate AI feasibility.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical experiments.
• Develop model evaluation frameworks and benchmark AI solutions for accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI models into production systems.
• Optimize models for inference speed and resource use.
• Apply responsible AI principles including fairness, explainability, privacy, security, and bias mitigation.
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Document research findings and methodologies for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
