Job Description
- Conduct research in embodied AI, including model design, data generation, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and optimize algorithms combining multimodal sensor data (vision, LiDAR, IMU, tactile, event-based, thermal, etc.).
- Build and validate proof-of-concept robotic systems using simulation platforms (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, Omniverse, PyBullet).
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate algorithms into robotic platforms.
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge academic research and contribute to algorithmic innovation and benchmarking.
The Successful Applicant
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or multimodal perception.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++, with hands‑on experience in ROS, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with sensor integration and robotic system debugging.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience with CUDA or publications in top-tier AI/robotics conferences (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, CoRL).
