Job summary

MoneySmart Group is hiring a mid-to-senior individual contributor to turn fuzzy problems about how people make financial decisions into tangible, shippable solutions. You will prototype directly, iterate with AI tools, and ship products end to end with an engineering partner.

Training on our stack will be provided, but judgment and hands-on execution are essential. Ideal candidates turn one-line problem statements into testable prototypes quickly, collaborate with customers and internal teams,

Qualifications

• This is a mid-to-senior individual contributor role.
• You’ll be expected to find problems yourself, frame them, and get to something testable without detailed requirements.
• We screen on what you’ve shipped and the judgment behind it.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, advisors, and internal teams to identify where journeys break down and turn insights into concise problem statements.
• Create working prototypes independently when there is no engineering pipeline.
• Ship code to production with AI agents and integrate GitHub into your workflow.
• Decide the details users actually feel: copy, defaults, steps, and what gets cut.
• Define what a win looks like before shipping; each build has a metric and a read date.
