Qualifications

• At least 5-10 years of work experience in Cost projects and Cost initiatives within Operations/Procurement functions.
• Familiar with processes, systems and solutions in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to lead and present to groups.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Drive identification and implementation of end-to-end AI-based cost-reduction solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers & Data Scientists to efficiently implement AI projects across global resources.
• Quantify, track, and monitor the financial and operational impact of AI solutions.
• Identify new cost use cases and guidelines within strategic and operational processes.
• Develop business cases including ROI validation and prioritize projects for implementation.
