Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a procurement professional for a 1-year renewable contract based in One North to manage AI tool acquisitions and related cost controls.

Responsibilities include end-to-end procurement documentation, managing ITT/RFP tender processes, extracting financial reports from AI tools, preparing dashboards, and coordinating chargebacks for licenses, platforms and cloud costs.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or a related field, especially in government procurement processes.
• AI competency including self-directed learning and practical ability to use or build AI-enabled tools, workflows, or automations to enhance productivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing financial records and cost tracking.
• Documentation and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.

• Manage tender process (Creating Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), tender evaluation (scheduling evaluation meetings, consolidating evaluation scores, facilitating vendor assessments, and preparing evaluation reports), contract award, notifications, and post-award documentation.
• Extract financial report from various AI tools and platforms
• Prepare reports & dashboard with AI tools.
• Manage regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) chargebacks for cost on AI tool licensing, AI platforms and clouds.
