Job summary

CyberQuote Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based provider of financial education and cybersecurity solutions, is offering a Business Analyst Intern position in Singapore. You will analyze course and client data, support process improvements, and help shape decisions with research-backed recommendations, with a focus on AI initiatives for our LMS.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed diploma/degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of coding/programming (Python/SQL/JavaScript).
• Strong interest in AI and its practical application to edtech.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or LMS tools is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication; proactive and independent.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyse business, sales, and operational data.
• Identify, scope, and drive AI initiatives for the LMS.
• Support light coding/scripting (Python, SQL) to prototype features.
• Document current processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare BRDs, process flows, and user stories for AI projects.
• Build dashboards/reports to track KPIs for courses and engagement.
• Research AI tools/trends in edtech and LMS platforms.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and take notes.
• Assist with testing new tools and system changes before rollout.
• Prepare clear presentations of findings for management.
