Job summary

MORROW Health in Singapore seeks a Product Designer to lead end-to-end design of digital health products. This hands-on, hybrid role requires prototyping in code and fluency with AI tools, shaping intuitive, engaging experiences across iOS, Android and web.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and clinical teams to build a scalable design system, ensure accessibility, and translate health programmes into clear user journeys that support long-term vitality.

Qualifications

4-7 years of UI/UX or product design for consumer-facing digital products (mobile apps preferred).
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design from research to shipped interfaces.
Fluency with Figma and standard design tooling, including libraries and handoff workflows.
Ability to prototype in code (HTML/CSS, basic JS/React) and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience designing AI-powered features (conversational UI, personalisation).

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process: research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, visual design and usability testing.
Design intuitive experiences for AI-driven products and features.
Prototype in code to validate ideas quickly and reduce design-to-development friction.
Leverage AI tools across the design workflow, including AI features in design tools.
Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and documentation.
Translate health programmes into clear, accessible digital experiences with clinical teams.
Design for engagement and habit formation grounded in behavioural science.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and clinical teams on discovery and metrics.
