Job summary

MORROW Health in Singapore is seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain our digital health products from database to user interface. You will build scalable, secure, well-tested features and contribute to architecture while collaborating with on-site product, design and engineering teams.

You will work with Node.js and React, manage MySQL and MongoDB, implement REST/GraphQL APIs, and apply AI-assisted coding tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience across the full stack.
• Hands-on with Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on with React and modern frontend development practices.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL and MongoDB) including schema design and query optimization.
• Fluency with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows with ability to review and own AI-generated code.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of software security fundamentals; familiarity with healthcare data privacy (PDPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience with automated testing and maintaining quality in a fast-moving codebase.
• Experience in healthtech or regulated spaces is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack features using Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Design and manage data models and queries across MySQL and MongoDB.
• Build and maintain APIs (REST or GraphQL) consumed by web and mobile clients.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow.
• Apply judgement over AI-generated code; review and own production deployments.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term codebase health.
• Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot services in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ensure secure coding practices and data protection in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Designer from discovery to delivery.
• Support production operations and on-call arrangements as needed.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to engineering standards and docs.
• Stay current with technologies and AI coding workflows.
