Role focuses on end-to-end feature development using AI-assisted tools, owning delivery, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Built and deployed at least 3–5 projects end-to-end.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud basics.
• Git proficiency: branching, PRs, merge conflict resolution.
• Basic DevOps: Docker, CI/CD concepts, cloud deployment.
• Must already be using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools daily.
• Can demonstrate how you've used AI to accelerate coding, debugging, learning.
• Not afraid to let AI generate code - but know when to review critically.
• Excited about AI amplifying your capabilities, not replacing you.

Responsibilities

• Build and own features end-to-end using AI-native development practices.
• Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, leveraging tools like Claude Code and Cursor to deliver high-quality code.
• Own feature uptime, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Write clean, tested code and debug production issues.
• Deploy features to AWS/GCP using serverless or containerized architectures.
