Job summary

PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to drive design, operation, security, and scaling of a hybrid cloud AI platform built on OpenShift and RE:AI IaaS. The role connects networking, SRE, cloud ops, and DevSecOps to ensure high availability for enterprise AI/ML workloads.

You will own platform automation via IaC, manage multicloud connectivity, implement Zero Trust and security standards, and collaborate with developers to embed observability into pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Certifications advantageous: Networking/Cloud and Security/OpenShift track.
• Networking/Cloud: CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure/GCP Networking or Solutions Architect Specialty.
• Security/Operations: CISSP, CISM, or Red Hat OpenShift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee availability, performance, and observability of the RE:AI cloud platform.
• Lead incident response, RCA, DR strategies, and SRE practices for resilience.
• Drive IaC-based automation for model hosting, GPU workloads, and data pipelines.
• Monitor health, bandwidth, latency, throughput; plan capacity.
• Design secure hybrid connectivity across cloud and on‑prem systems.
• Configure routing, VPNs, DirectConnect/ExpressRoute, API gateways.
• Enforce Zero Trust, firewall policies, encryption, and privileged access.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including vulnerability management and SIEM.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, CIS, NIST.
