Job summary

Charlotte Frank Limited is seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to architect and drive the technical foundation of our internal AI ecosystem. You will build scalable AI infrastructure and act as a catalyst for company-wide innovation, enabling departments to leverage LLMs, automations, and AI-powered workflows.

You will design intelligent systems, standardize workflows, and stay ahead of the curve with MLOps practices, ensuring robust security and seamless integration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, software development, or a comparable technical role.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Deploy: design, build, and maintain core AI infrastructure for internal operations.
• Multimedia Integration: develop platforms integrating AI capabilities into employee workflows.
• Reliability & Scalability: ensure high availability, robust security, and scalable AI systems, with monitoring and maintenance.
• Standardized Skills & Internal Enablement: build internal Skills library, design training programs, and create clear documentation.
• Technology Tracking & Continuous Improvement: monitor AI landscape, evaluate models/tools, and translate tech advances into business value.
• Cross-functional Communication: translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
