Job summary

Global FinTech Group in Singapore is seeking a leader to drive the development, design and operations of AI Agents that will maintain and optimize our cloud platforms.

The role focuses on building AI-driven autonomous workflows for cloud management, with emphasis on multi-agent orchestration and RAG. Strong cloud engineering, SRE/DevOps practices, and collaboration across squads are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, or autonomous workflows for cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent.
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG), MCP, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing AI-driven cloud management solutions.

A global leading fintech organization is seeking to hire the ideal candidate who can come into the fray and lead the development and design and operations of AI Agents that will be maintaining and optimizing the cloud and infrastructure platforms. Below are more details.

Requirements

• Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, or autonomous workflows for cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent.
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG), MCP, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing AI-driven cloud management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, AI, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5–10 years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure automation.

Technical Know-how

• Kubernetes

• CI/CD automation
