Job summary

SAP Asia Pte. Ltd. is building Applied AI Builders, a hands-on pod that partners with the CTO for Industry AI ENR to turn ambiguous problems into prototype-to-production outcomes.

The team embeds with product groups or stress-tests raw ideas to validate worthiness and value. You will mentor builders, design AI-native architectures, supervise Claude-style generators, and establish evaluation strategies with governance and security in mind, influencing the org without moving into full-time

Qualifications

• Deep experience architecting AI-native systems and running them on SAP BTP.
• Ability to supervise Claude-style code generators and AI brainstormers.
• Governance, security, and privacy considerations built in from the start.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-native systems and guardrails for scale on SAP BTP.
• Supervise Claude-style generators for code and ideas.
• Define evaluation strategies for ontology-driven agents and compare to prompt-based systems.
• Mentor other builders and influence technical direction across the pod.
