Job Title: AI-Native Senior Software Engineer (aka Vibe Coder)
Location: Singapore (Hybrid preferred)

About the Role:
TalentHero is on a mission to build the world’s first Employer of Record (EOR) platform with an integrated ATS + CRM system. We’re looking for a high-IQ coder who thrives on pressure, delivers exceptional results, and leverages AI tools like Cursor or Windsurf to multiply their productivity.

You’ll be developing core systems for payroll, HR, compliance, and onboarding - mission-critical infrastructure for our clients across Asia.

What You'll Do:

• Build and scale payroll and HR SaaS features
• Use AI tools to generate code, automate workflows, and 10x development
• Solve complex problems across back-end, front-end, and data layers
• Ensure uptime, security, and regulatory compliance
• Move fast and own your code from idea to production

Must-Haves:

• 3–5 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Ruby
• Solid full-stack skills (React, Node, Spring, etc.)
• SQL + NoSQL expertise
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on with Cursor or Windsurf (or hungry to learn fast)
• Ability to ship fast, under pressure, with quality

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in HR or payroll tech
• Cursor/Windsurf usage > 6 months
• Open-source contributions or standout side projects
