Job summary

MetaBrain is seeking an experienced researcher/analyst to convert expert knowledge into structured, testable components and to contribute to advisory quality improvements. The role involves curating domain learning assets, designing evaluation rubrics, and aligning business needs with technical workflows.

The position requires hands-on research and strong writing, with optional experience in peer reviews and taxonomy work. A certificate in AI/ML or related formal training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on research or knowledge-quality experience, typically 3+ years.
• Strong evidence assessment, business writing, numerical checking and detail orientation.
• Basic understanding of AI/LLMs from learning or certification, with hands-on testing.
• Experience in peer review, taxonomy creation or quality assurance is preferred; Python scripting is required for the tech variant.
• Business feedback may influence sources, rules, or retrieval; not automatic model retraining.

Responsibilities

• Build domain learning assets: curate research, taxonomies, rules, examples and sources.
• Evaluate advisory quality with rubrics for support, consistency and relevance; document disputes.
• Improve workflow by configuring prompts, retrieval settings, and business rules.
• Connect business and technology: assist experiment design and, for the tech variant, build Python evaluation scripts.
