Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning models that drive real business impact
• Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI models into existing enterprise systems
• Evaluate and select the most appropriate AI tools, technologies, and frameworks for complex projects
• Design robust data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing and storage
• Optimize AI systems for peak performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure all AI implementations meet stringent security standards and regulatory requirements

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define AI architecture strategies
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest AI trends and technologies
• Create comprehensive documentation and maintain best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AI architecture excellence

Client Engagement & Business Development:

• Work directly with clients to understand their unique business challenges and AI needs
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on AI strategy and implementation
• Develop tailored AI solutions that meet specific client requirements and industry standards
• Support business development by identifying new AI project opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related technical field
• Strong foundation in AI and machine learning principles
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Apache Airflow, Kubeflow)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
