Job summary

Oriental Remedies Group (ORG) is seeking a hands-on AI & Integration Engineer to join our technology team in Singapore. You will bridge software engineering, systems integration, and applied AI to support physicians and patients across clinics.

You’ll build front-ends, integrate clinic systems with third-party platforms, and refine AI models to support clinical decisions. This role emphasizes shipping real solutions and collaborating with clinicians for practical impact.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (training, fine-tuning, or deployment).
Proven experience consuming, integrating, and building around APIs.
Experience building web front-ends connected to back-end systems or third-party APIs.
Comfort working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Clear communication with clinical staff to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build web front-ends on top of back-end system APIs.
Integrate clinic management system with SleekFlow to send invoices via WhatsApp.
Fine-tune an LLM using de-identified clinical notes to recommend TCM options.
Design a web UI to present AI recommendations to physicians and capture feedback.
Develop an algorithm to compute a proprietary wellness score from multiple data points.
Collaborate with physicians and clinic operations to translate workflows into requirements.
Own the full lifecycle of projects: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
