Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, learning technology or equivalent.
• Portfolio showing AI integrated into teaching is highly regarded.
• Experience designing and delivering professional development for adult learners.
• Hands-on experience building and testing conversational AI agents.
• Knowledge of instructional design models and learning sciences.
• Understanding AI in education and data privacy ethics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional development across learning sciences and AI in education.
• Advocate for pedagogically sound AI use and build champions across Schools.
• Support staff through practice change with consultations and follow-up.
• Configure and test AI agents for onboarding and provide first-line support.
• Evaluate effectiveness and refine designs accordingly.
